Payment & Fulfillment Policy

Payment

Sales Finality

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless a product arrives defective or incorrect.
  • If you believe your order is defective or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery for review.

Order Fulfillment

  • Standard shipping within the U.S. generally takes 3–7 business days after processing.
  • International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Processing and delivery times may be longer during holidays or promotional periods.

Shipping Issues

  • Once a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages.
  • If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@drdaviddanish.com within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost packages). We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, where possible, provide a replacement.

Digital Products

  • Digital resources are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 24 hours.
  • Please ensure your email address is entered correctly to avoid delivery issues.
